Emotional aesthetics
Have you ever had a period in your life where you had a physical symptom that lasted for quite a long time?
Let yourself be guided by my words and try to do what I am writing to you.
Get in a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, you can play music that relaxes you in the background.
Now, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, letting the air in through your nostrils and letting it out of your mouth like a gentle breath ... continue until your breathing becomes slow and steady.
Get inside yourself, don't be distracted by what is "outside" you.
Now use your imagination and take you back to that period, to that moment of your life when the symptom appeared.
Think about what you were doing or experiencing on a personal or business level.
Think back to the feelings and emotions you experienced.
Think back to the people around you.
Think back to environments and shapes.
Record all the information within yourself.
Slowly open your eyes, take a piece of paper and write down everything you have memorized: colors, shapes, sensations, individuals, circumstances.
This will allow you to grasp the nuances that you will probably have missed and to understand something more about the reason for that physical discomfort. This technique, with a little training, can be very useful: it will not solve the problem but will allow you to reach awareness and understand dynamics and things about yourself that you can use to heal from that discomfort. You have to have some patience and perseverance, remember that all things seem difficult before they become easy.
